The ABDA database contains comprehensive facts and figures on drugs. Starting with parameters such as the name or active substance of a drug, the user can call up information on application and composition, risks and interactions as well as current notifications.

  • German and foreign finished pharmaceutical products and their manufacturers.
  • pharmaceutical substance lists with molecular formulas and physicochemical properties. Notes on derivatives, application, stability, etc.
  • Dossiers on active substances with a summary of product characteristics on synthetic, biotechnical and herbal substances as well as allopathic, homeopathic and anthroposophic applications.
  • Up-to-date information on newly introduced drugs, changes, recalls, notifications from the German Drug Commission AMK and other agencies.
